Nikolaus is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience building businesses in media, technology, and learning. Before starting SkillUp, he co-founded the Singularity University Germany franchise and Mindex GmbH, a corporate learning and digital transformation company.

Madlen Duderstedt

Project Manager

Madlen is our project manager and is responsible for office management and a helping hand in accounting. She is the first point of contact for the team and ensures that the organizational structure runs smoothly.
